Rivière George

Four weeks and six friends. Over 600 kilometers of paddling and bad weather.

A river of exceptional flow in which one meets many rapids and lives many emotions. A remarkable experience on a breathtaking territory. A road taken for thousands of years by indigenous peoples. This same road, midway on the site of an Innu camp, led the crew to meet some precious friends.

The George remains a mythical river for canoe-camping lovers. It proves to be worthy of its reputation thanks to the beauty of its territory, the power of its waves and the history it carries.
